    Engaged as a sole practitioner at the present address. General practice, centering on the various aspects of legal representation, with an emphasis on criminal defense and civil litigation including initiation and defense of fraud, contractual landlord and a variety of personal injury tort actions. Also provide representation regarding the formation of corporations, partnerships, joint ventures and sole proprietorships, and provide on going representation. Extensive experience also in the areas of trusts, probate and personal injury litigation.
